Design Matters

lucid is a developer of modern-oriented, design-driven, architectural homes. We strive to make available homes that are well outside of the standard offerings of the typical builder/developer market – crafting uniquely fresh yet timeless designs that will withstand the test of time. Unlike the many builder-helmed entities prevalent in the market, we are headed by an architect, insuring that design and finish quality are always at the forefront. While most of our designs could be considered ‘modern’ in style, we aim to provide a range of unique designs and styles. The common thread to all though is: architectural designs that are second-to-none, emphasis on seamless integration of next-level landscape design, and well-thought-out interiors with emphasis on subtle warmth and texture – all making for not only beautiful but also highly livable designs. We believe our product mostly speaks for itself and is the result of unrelenting hard work and singular, clear vision – in one word: Lucid.
